I may give this a miss actually. I find him hard to read when doing horror (he is one of my favourite authors and I think I have read most books and stories of his up to date) but I really only like him in the horror mode.

Fantastic! I started reading Cell and put it down, never reading another King since. Just really turned me off for some reason. I am so glad he is back in the fray again.

This will be my Christmas present to myself, along with the latest Terry Pratchett that I haven’t had time to read yet.

You are most welcome. A lady friend of mine said she enjoyed A Boy’s Life, which actually won a Bram Stoker. If you like historical fiction, McCammon’s current series, beginning with Speaks The Nightbird is also very good.

I have never read one of this authors books, although an avid reader. I will definitely have to try one of his works.
