1/2 cup(s) Blueberry-Bay Vinegar
2 tablespoon(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) chopped fresh tarragon leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
1/2 teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground fresh black pepper
1/8 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
1/2 cup(s) extra-virgin olive oil

Spicy Carrot and Orange soup (with parsnips)

200g mixed carrots and parsnips, (more carrot)
One onion
1 orange
1 tbsp Coriander
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Paprika
Black Pepper
600ml Vegetable stock

peel, scrape etc carrots and parsnips then dice
Peel and dice onion
grate the zest of the orange and squeeze, then use the zest and juice.
