Quite nice. Had this for lunch today and filled me up nicely.
5 large florets broccoli
2 cloves garlic sliced
2tbsp Thick Cream
1/2 pint Vegetable stock
1/2 onion
Fry onion and garlic til soft.
Add and fry broccoli for a couple of minutes
Add vegetable stock and cook until broccoli soft (around 5 minutes)
Pop in blender with the cream
Serve.
