Adobe Photoshop Express beta
I was going to test this for you and let you know whether it is worth joining or not (in my opinion)…However, every time I try and join, all I get is a blank page.
Others have joined though and the general consensus is yes, it is good if you are a newbie to image manipulation and cannot afford a programme for yourself.. although I do have to tell you that there are 100 free programmes just as good, which I will list here in the coming weeks….BUT, and this is a MAJOR but… MAKE SURE YOU READ THE SMALL PRINT!! as yet again you are signing away your images if you join.
Too many companies do this now. Facebook being one of them.
PLEASE please I cannot stress this enough, do make sure you read the small print about what these companies can do with your images BEFORE signing up.
From the Terms of Service as told to me coz I cant get on to see it: Adobe does not claim ownership of Your Content. However, with respect to Your Content that you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Services, you grant Adobe a worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, distribute, derive revenue or other remuneration from, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display such Content (in whole or in part) and to incorporate such Content into other Materials or works in any format or medium now known or later developed.
So, serious artists beware and only use images you do not mind sharing.

You’re right - a lot of companies seem to be taking the "worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license" approach. It’s such a minefield!
I’ve already been caught out by http://www.geograph.org.uk who refused to remove one of my photographs when I had second thoughts about granting them such a license.

I am thinking about a list here of companies that do this. I understand that Adobe may be rewriting these rules because of complaints, but I do not know if this is true. If it is then I will post here soon
