mp3 players to have volume limits?
MP3 players in Europe could have a maximum volume setting under proposals from the European Commission.
Brussels wants personal music players to have an automatic 85 decibel limit, after a report suggested up to 10m people in the EU face permanent hearing loss from listening to loud music for prolonged periods.
