Every week I choose a new featured member for the sidbar of the magazine and network pages.  Their image, bio link and a piece of their artwork remains up on the sidebar for one week.  The choice is made on how much the member involves him/herself on the network.  Posts made, comments on others blogs etc.  A network is only as good as its members
