Canterbury-based stone carver, Patrick Crouch, will be exhibiting work that explores a new direction in colour, form and landscape painting.
Patrick is the founder of the ‘Pure Form Stone Club’ in Canterbury and has often used French lime stone to create his sculptures.
The artwork will be showcased in the Gallery’s front-of-house space, the Grapevine Gallery, which is dedicated to local artists and art students, and all works will be for sale.
Sidney Cooper Gallery Curator, Hazel Stone, said: “Patrick Crouch will be exhibiting new sculptures which are formed of two pairs, each part exploring an exciting interplay of colour and form.
Crouch will also be exhibiting small scale landscape paintings of the ever-changing St Martins view.”
The Sidney Cooper Gallery is open Tuesday to Saturday 11am to 5.30pm and admission is free of charge to the public.
