I live in Chorley, so sometimes just drive up (about 1.5 hours). Although I have camped in the lakes several times, I dont usually camp in the same area twice as I like to try different locations. My shots at coniston were taken at about 04.30 in the morning, I camped on a nice camping site about half way along the lake (cant remember the name)…but being in a tent helped me get up early!
