Pick of the Day – Howard Mendelson

Stainted glass, glass art,  at first glance this image looks like a painting. In high school my art teacher introduced us to stained glass, that was my first and last experience with it. Let’s say his glass inventory quickly decreased, and I still  have the scars to prove it. I am a great admirer of glass art,  and this artist has demonstrated with his artistry and craftsmanship the reason I am an admirer. Honestly, it was difficult for me just to select one from his gallery, they all deserved to be pick of the day, and a confident bio statement to boot.
“ I am neither young nor hip but my friends like me and my family loves me. That makes me a very rich man.”
