Taiwanese tear-jerker wins Golden Horse award in China

No Puedo Vivir Sin Ti, a film by Taiwan director Leon Dai, has won best feature at the Golden Horse Film Awards, regarded as China’s Oscars.

The real-life drama about a down and out man and his daughter living in an illegal hovel triumphed in a category dominated by Chinese films.
