10 each of
Cherry (cut in half and destone)
5 fl oz water and milk mixed
Sieve the flour and sugar into a bowl. Make a well in the middle and add the egg, mix well. Stir in the fluids and whisk
Put some olive oil in a pan and when smoking pop in half the mixture. Cook til brown and turn. Leave 30 seconds and turn out onto plate.
pile on 5 fruits from each of the selection and top wih 1 full tsp of creme fraiche.
Serve and eat 🙂
