When we get in from the gym, there is nothing…and I mean, NOTHING better than one of my milk shakes to get back energy and to fight off that hunger we all feel when working out.
Usual it is not… delicious it be 😉
two glasses half full of milk
1 teaspoon runny honey
2 dessertspoons plain organic yoghurt
3 measures soya isolate (protein)
1 measure chocolate drink powder
2 drops vanilla essence
handful soft fruit such as cranberries and/or bluberries
Put all in the blender
mix for 1 minute on fast
pour into the two glasses (will fill them)
aaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! er, I was going to take a photo of it for you but…..Did I mention this was delicious?
