homemade chocolate mousse
This is VERY rich so small amounts are necessary to keep waistlines.
THIS DISH IS FATTENING SO USE WISELY
This recipe will serve about 6 people with a small dash of icecream added as an extra.
Large pot double cream
Handful of Marshmallows (small or cut)
Large bar cooking chocolate (125g smallest)
Couple of pieces eating chocolate for grating
Place pan of water to boil and place larger pan on top to gently melt your choc, marshmallows and butter
Whisk cream until nearly stiff
Add melted ingredients
Whisk until stiff peaks
Grate on eating chocolate
Place in your bowls and then in fridge for at least an hour to chill
Eat with a dollop of icecream added on the side
