Recipe – Marshmallow Biscuits and Choc Chip Biscuits

Biscuit Mix

140g (5oz) Castor Sugar
1 Egg
300g (10 and a half oz) Plain Flour
250g ((8.8oz) Margarine

Handful of chopped marshmallows
Handful of chocolate chips

Mix the marg and sugar
Add the egg and mix in
Add the flour and mix well

Separate the mix into 2 halves

Using one half of the mix add the marshmallows and make sure they are even throughout
Using one half of the mix add the choc chips and make sure they are even throughout

Using a teaspoon to measure out dollops, place biscuits on greaseproof paper and slightly flatten (you will have to flour the back of the spoon as the biscuits should be quite gooey) or, alternatively, like mine just leave them as dollops.

Cook at 180 for about 12 minutes or until golden brown

Leave to cool and eat ::)

I was going to take more photos but they tasted too good so we ate them all … sorry
