RECIPE – Cheesy Baked Eggs

This recipe is our favourite for a quick (under 15 minutes) snack when we are peckish or cannot be bothered to really try 🙂

It is SO easy

INGREDIENTS for one portion

Low fat Butter or margarine
Low Fat Cheese grated
1 egg


grease a muffin tin (one muffin area) with the margarine or butter
sprinkle in a small amount of grated cheese (not too much)

Break in one egg
cover with grated cheese and small scrapings of butter or margarine
Bake on timer for 12 minutes at 200

Pull out and turn onto plate


It is good on its own but you could make a small meal out of it with some baked beans and mashed potato
