Stair climbing is the new craze for keeping fit. It is easy. It is free. It Burns more and is better for weight loss than jogging. It is equivalent to vigorous swimming.
Half an hour a week. 75 steps a minute, will help you with your cardio-vascular training.
As I live in an upstairs flat I will be starting this when I finish this post.
next time you are in a store with steps or a lift…use the steps and remember you just lost calories!
If the exercise makes you hungry, remember that 75% of hunger pangs are actually thirst messages, so take a pint of water before eating.
