RECIPE – 1stAngel’s Cheese and Tomato Pizza

I love bread and I love pizza so I adore making my own bread for the pizza 🙂 I prefer my own food as I add no salt or sugar to anything so it is far healthier.

I hope you like this quick recipe that will take you about 40 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook

INGREDIENTS

250g whole bread flour
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp Mixed Herbs
1 large beef tomato
cheese (I dont measure this just grate until it covers the finished pizza)1 slice onion
175ml warm water

1.   Mix the yeast into the warm water
2.   mix the herbs and flour in a large mixing bowl
3.   make a well in the flour and add the water
4.   gently fold in the flour to the centre of the bowl and keep folding.
5.   Knead your dough in the bowl
6.   Place the bowl in a warm dark place covered by a tea towel
7.   30 minutes later knead your dough for a few minutes and then roll out to about a 1/2″ inch thick
8.   sprinkle chopped onion over the base, lay out thinly sliced tomato and sprinkle with grated cheese
9.  Place on tin foil on a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes

Serve with either salad, or chips and baked beans depending how healthy you want to be lol
