When did you first become interested in art?

When I was a child. I loved drawing horses and animals.

What style of art do you use most?

Realism, commissions

Has your style changed from when you first began as an artist?

Yes, it got better.

What medium do you use?

Oils, Acrylics and color pencils

What made you choose that medium?

I have always wanted to try painting with oils, once I started I liked it.

Do your ideas come from life or imagination?

Both

I look for horses with Life, and that special look

Monet, Davinci

What is your favourite piece of work by yourself?

Dark Cloud’s feather

How much time (on average) does it take to complete a work?

Depending on size, one day to a week.

How well do you take criticism?

Pretty well

What do you do to overcome a ‘block’?

Look at paintings I’ve already done or pictures.

How do you know something is ‘finished’? Is it easy to walk away?

I just know, yes it’s easy to walk away.

What are your plans for the future?

To make this my steady job….

Just keep at it, you learn something new every day.

Have you got hobbies?

My hobbies are painting, doing custom painted model horses, NASCAR, horse racing, I love animals and birds and I like the great outdoors, camping, fishing, horse back riding.
